Key Responsibilities

Electronics & Control System Design
  • Design and develop electronic circuits, control panels, and system architectures for instruments and automation systems
  • Select and integrate sensors, actuators, PLCs, controllers, power supplies, and communication modules
  • Develop control logic for process automation, interlocks, safety systems, and alarms
Programming & Integration
  • Program and debug PLCs, microcontrollers, and industrial controllers
  • Integrate HMIs, SCADA systems, and data acquisition platforms
  • Implement industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, RS-485, Ethernet/IP, etc.
Testing, Commissioning & Support
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and validation at factory and site levels
  • Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations
  • Diagnose and resolve field issues related to electronics, controls, and instrumentation
Documentation & Standards
  • Prepare and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, control logic documentation, and manuals
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, industry regulations, and internal quality procedures
  • Support certifications and audits where required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with mechanical, software, applications, and service teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Incorporate customer and field feedback into design improvements
  • Support continuous improvement in control system performance and reliability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering
  • 2–6 years of experience in electronics design, control systems, or industrial automation
  • Strong understanding of analog & digital electronics, control systems, and power electronics basics
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, controllers, sensors, and industrial wiring
  • Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Added Advantage
  • Experience with battery manufacturing equipment, laboratory instruments, or process automation systems
  • Knowledge of PID control, motion control, and safety interlocks
  • Familiarity with IEC, IS, CE, or UL standards
  • Exposure to data logging, remote monitoring, or IoT-based systems
Work Environment
  • Office-based with hands-on involvement in panel wiring, system testing, and field commissioning
  • Occasional travel for installation, commissioning, or customer support
  • Close collaboration with internal engineering and service teams
