SEMS1100 is a multifunctional analysis system for solid electrolyte test samples, is a fully automatic measuring device for the electrochemical performance of solid electrolyte that integrates tableting, testing and calculation. Introduction: The BER Series Multifunctional Electrode Resistance Analyzer combines a high-precision pressure control system with integrated capabilities for electrode thickness measurement and resistance analysis. Using the double-sided controllable pressure disc electrode method, this electrode resistance analyzer directly measures the total through–thickness resistance of practical electrode samples, including coating resistance, coating–current collector contact resistance, and current collector resistance. It is an ideal tool for electrode formulation development and process stability monitoring.

In-Situ Battery Cell Swelling Testing System(SWE) adopts servo motor, combined with high-precision control system, equipped with multiple high-precision thickness measuring sensors, to accurately measure the swelling thickness and swelling force of the battery charging and discharging process.

Four-channel simultaneous testing of the real-time swelling thickness performance of silicon-based or graphite-based pouch cell, laminations, and model buttons during the in-situ charge and discharge process, which is used to evaluate the swelling performance of materials or cells.

The Model Coin-Cell In-Situ Swelling Testing System using high-precision displacement sensors and high-stability structural systems, the swelling thickness change curve of the model coin-cell battery is tested in-situ, the swelling performance of the active material is quickly analyzed, and material development is facilitated.

The IEST Battery Pressure Mapping Sensor Measurement System delivers precise, real-time interface pressure mapping and temperature monitoring for cell and module-stack compression analysis. Using high-resolution sensor arrays and multi-channel synchronous acquisition, it maps and quantifies surface pressure distribution and produces synchronized force/time and temperature profiles. The system validates pressure uniformity, tracks pressure evolution during cycling, and enabling rapid evaluation of cell flatness, lamination uniformity and module-level swelling forces.
