This device is mainly applied to flexible packaging (medium and small size) lithium battery in the injection of liquid after standing vacuum, hot compression package; simple secondary packaging.

Main Feature

Working Principle:

 First, the use of the upper and lower chamber to form a closed cavity, and then on the vacuum chamber to form a negative pressure state, while the bayonet piercing the pre-packaged part of the gas band so that the gas discharge; then through the head use Heat conduction effect on the lithium battery packaging materials (aluminium plastic film), the heating softened close to the melting state and melt together; heat through the resistance heat pipe to the head (copper) and then under the action of a certain pressure conduction To be welded to the aluminium film to complete the pressure welding; header temperature through the thermocouple and thermostat to adjust and maintain constant temperature;

 

Instructions

 1. Remove the wooden box, lightly placed working position.

2. Connect the air supply and power supply.

3. Connect the vacuum source.

4. Start the power supply, set the air pressure. Package temperature value, package time value, vacuum value of its various parameters (to set up, the user can no longer set).

5. When the temperature reaches the set value, into the product, his hands at the same time start the left and right buttons.

6. Cover automatically down, press the O-ring on the bottom plate, the product is packaged in a vacuum sealed environment.

7. Automatic start vacuum, when the vacuum reaches the set value range, start the package.

8. Seal knife under pressure to package, timer start, the package time delay.

9. After the encapsulation is completed, inflate the sealing cavity (damage the vacuum inside the sealing cavity, the cover can be opened). The inflating time is set by the inflating timer.

10. The cover is automatically opened; the product is removed and finished.
