Project Overview

This project involved the delivery and installation of a complete lithium-ion battery pilot plant at IIT Bombay Monash Research Acadamy supporting coin, pouch, and cylindrical 18650 cell fabrication.

Our scope covered instrument supply, installation, calibration, and equipment-level DOE (Design of Experiments) to fine-tune machine parameters. All validation was focused purely on confirming that each instrument achieved the required operational accuracy, uniformity, and performance as defined by IIT Bombay’s specifications.

No chemistry or process development was performed—our role remained strictly within equipment performance tuning and commissioning.
