Hot Roller Press Machine

MT-DG-150L Lab Roll Press Machine is a compact precision electric rolling press machine. It has dual rollers of 96 mm dia. x 150mm width and dual grade micrometre. This lab roll press machine is an ideal rolling press for adjusting thickness and increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying.

The heating electric vertical roller machine is mainly suitable for the electric rolling of battery materials in the laboratory, a small amount of precious metal materials such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous materials such as copper and aluminum at a certain temperature. The rolling thickness is adjustable and the operation is simple. It is especially suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery pole plates of clean energy materials .

Application Notes

This roller is specially designed for battery R&D in terms of its advantages as affordable, compact and precise.

1 Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting

2 Coated Rust-proof oil if machine were to be unused for a long period of time

3 The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of
