Vacuum Filling Machine for Cylindrical Cell

The machine is configured for precise 18650 cell electrolyte filling, utilizing six main mechanisms. • The Fixture positions cells in a 5*5 layout with dowel pins, being the sole component replaced for model change. • The Electrolyte tank system (dual SUS316 tanks) manages supply, featuring automatic liquid feeding and degassing in the storage tank, monitored by level sensors and low-material alarms. • Electrolyte is dispensed by an accurate Filling pump with a precision ceramic valve (alumina core) and EPDM seals, achieving <= (+/-) 5% accuracy, adjustable by a micrometre. • The Filling mechanism uses module movement for precise nozzle positioning. • Post-filling quality is secured by Vacuum degassing (<= -90 kPa), which includes adjustable time/cycles and power-off/air-loss protection. • The entire operation is controlled by an industrial PC and PLC Control system, incorporating a dedicated temperature-control module for optimal sealing.
