Bipolar-plate MEA Electrolytic Cell (Graphite) This MEA test fixture uses isostatic graphite flow plates to deliver chemical stability and uniform current distribution across the active area. Standard flow field sizes include 10×10, 20×20, 30×30, and 50×50 mm, with custom geometries available to match your study. Serpentine and multi-channel options support systematic evaluation of mass transport, pressure drop, and water management. Designed for reproducible compression and sealing, the cell accommodates PEM or AEM membranes for a broad range of studies. Typical applications include electrochemical CO2 reduction (catalyst screening, selectivity mapping) and alkaline anion exchange membrane water electrolysis. The robust frame and gasketing approach help minimize leakage and ohmic loss, while modular plates allow quick reconfiguration between experiments. Pair the cell with a potentiostat/galvanostat and gas handling to build a flexible, lab-scale platform for advanced electrocatalysis research.

The reactor can be designed with the type of serpentine, parallel or leaf vein channel, we also support other customised channel types such as spiral, mesh, comb, etc.
