Faraday Cage
It is a metal structure that protects the interference of external electric field and electromagnetic waves with the experiments carried inside the cage. The outer body of the cell is grounded. For doing the experiment the electrochemical cell has to be placed in the center of the cage. Those are experiments that deal with low currents or high frequencies, and experiments where very precise (and accurate) measurements are required, Faradays cage can be used.
